All sales of subscription and courses are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. You are advised please choose correct plans. Tokyo Blockchain Academy is not responsible for any purchase for an incorrect data provided by you.
In case where order status is SUCCESS but you did not get your plan within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on support@tokyoblockchain.io or send us a message on the Contact Us page.
Our team will investigate the transaction and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your account without delivery of our services then you will be refunded.
If amount getting debited from customer account and services not received, Tokyo Blockchain Academy will refund the entire amount electronically. But if amount is not debited from your source of funding and no service is activated then no refund can be issued.
We settle all the transactions which were failed or you do not get service within 24 hours automatically. There is no need to call or email us for the same. In case you do not get refund within 24 hours then you can email us on admin@tokyoblockchain.io.
If you are paying through your credit card/debit card/bank account, etc, refund will be issued to you instantaneously. However in some cases the refund my take 1 to 2 working days and you will receive a refund confirmation mail within that period. Please note in refund cases, the concerned bank may take 3-6 working days to post a credit to your account.
The above process is totally automatic process and will be followed in all cases, however for cases where you have received a success confirmation but not received a recharge you just raise a Dispute. There is no need to call or email us for the same. You will get refund within 24 hours automatically.
