As a practicing and Montessori education inspired project proponent, we do not
encourage competition, reward and punishment. Owning an NFT asset under this project,
if there might be, belongs to the parents' care. Their children should not be encouraged
to join a hackathon and create an NFT for monetary award. The best reward for a child is
its enjoyment of continuous self-learning.
The inner urge of learning will guide children through discoveries of wealth of knowledge and
the hype of NFT’s intention to earn need not to be introduced and have to be avoided. Children
have to be motivated by enjoyable learning and discovery of creativity throughout the course
duration. Teachers, parents and adults around should refrain from telling or encouraging
children to join and create NFT to have financial gains.
Blockchain Technologies talent development should start with young learners from 9 to 18 years
old, who in the next ten years will be the future leaders of digital industries. To jumpstart the
journey, young minds’ love for natural computer coding and programming have to develop
starting from 9-12 years old and Web 3 development ideally has to be introduced in their
teenage years from 13 -18 years old.
Supplementary digital education for young learners is much wanted. As an alternative, the
Tokyo Blockchain Academy (ToBA) formed the ToBA Junior Club for 9-12 years old and Teens
Club for 13-18 years old for peer-to-peer learning and project making. Similar Junior and Teens
clubs will also be formed in countries initially from Japan, India, Vietnam and the Philippines. All
club members will be connected for borderless learning and project making.
For standardized education and training across team members, the Tokyo Blockchain Academy
(ToBA) designed a Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) Sandbox for 9-12 years old easy coding
programs. An Enterprise Sandbox was prepared for teenagers who are beginners in learning
web development as a preparation for being a Web 3 and Blockchain developer. All ages have
to be offered with an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) training to ensure higher EQ and core ethical
values.
Web 3 development is at the core for Teens Club member’s supplementary education. ToBA’s
Enterprise Sandbox is ready for beginners of web development before learning to dive into the
blockchain developers world. By finding common interest in a wide array of NFT application,
countries Teen Club members will join the Tapestry Hackathon for NF project making.
